474 ml Water, filtered (regular mason jar)
1/4 medium Lemon (sliced)
2 slice Cucumber (more or less to your liking)
4 leaf Mint, fresh (more or less to your liking)

Instructions


  1. Combine lemon, cucumber, and mint in a mason jar, add water and ice. Shake.
  2. Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour or more to extract more flavor. Drink. 

 

Notes:

Substitutions

  • Feel free to use soda water if you prefer some fizziness.
  • Here are some alternative combos!
    • Mango Basil: Mango, basil leaves
    • Citrus Water: orange, lemon, lime
    • Raspberry Lavender: raspberries, lemon, lavender
