1/4 cup | Water |
1/2 tsp | Himalayan sea salt |
In a large sauce pan, sauté onion and garlic in water over medium-high heat.
Add tomato paste and chili powder.
Add cooked rice and 1/4 cup water.
Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add beans and cook about 5 minutes more.
Add salt to taste.
