1 tbsp Basil, fresh (leaves, thinly sliced)
1/2 medium Red onion (chopped)
3 medium Tomato (diced)
1 tsp Flaxseeds
1 bunch Spinach (cut into strips)

Instructions


Wash a prepare all ingredients.


Mix spinach, tomatoes, onion, basil and flaxseeds in a mixing bowl and approved dressing.


You may choose to use halved cherry tomatoes.


Serve and enjoy!
