3/4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened (or water/coconut water) |
1 tsp | Spirulina powder |
1 tsp | Hemp protein powder |
2 date pitted | Medjool date (optional, to sweeten) |
Simply place everything together in the blender, peel the banana and pit the dates first.
Then blend for a minute or so until smooth. You may add more water/almond milk/coconut water if you like it runnier.
