These donuts are sweet, soft and rich and toped with chocolate glaze. These Halloween Donuts are perfect to serve on Halloween parties.
Ingredients

All-purpose white flour
|
2/3 cup

Greek yogurt, plain, 1% M.F.

1/2 Cup

Granulated sugar
|
1/2 cup
|
Almond milk, unsweetened
|
1 tsp

Baking powder
|
1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1/4 tsp
|
Salt

1 large

Egg
|
4 tbsp

Coconut oil
(melted)

3/4 cup

Dark chocolate
(cut into small chunks)

1/4 cup

White chocolate, baking
(cut into small chunks)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F, and spray 2x 6-piece donut ring tins with oil.
- In a large bowl, add egg, milk, yogurt, and melted coconut oil, and mix until combined.
- Stir in flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Spoon the batter into a piping bag, and pipe the batter into each donut ring.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, Take the donut out of the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Place the dark and white chocolate into separate bowls.
- Microwave for 30-second or until fully melted.
- Spoon the melted white chocolate into a piping bag with a narrow tip.
- Dip one of the donuts into the dark chocolate, then place it on the cooling rack.
- Draw 3-4 concentric circles with the piping bag onto the doughnut
- Use a toothpick, and drag lines from the center of the donut to the outside, forming a spider web effect.
- Repeat with the rest of the donuts.
