Soak seeds overnight, rinse, and then blend 1 cup of seeds to about 3-4 cups water. Feel free to add pure vanilla extract (natural preservative), spices like cinnamon, ground cloves, and ginger, and a few dates to sweeten it up - if desired.
Once liquified, strain through a nut milk bag, and enjoy!
Remember to save your seed pulp - you can dehydrate it and use it as flour for baking, or blend it up with beans to make a delicious and unique dip.
