Instructions
Place the asparagus in a pan with water (should just skim the bottom).
Cover the pan with a lid, and let the water come to a boil, about 5-10 minutes.
Once the water is boiling turn the heat off, but leave the lid on for 1 more minute.
Once the minute has passed remove the asparagus from the pan and coat it with avocado oil, lemon juice, and salt.
