1 medium head | Cauliflower (cut into small florets) |

1. Steam, cauliflower, until nearly tender, 6 to 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, add garlic, continue stirring, until the garlic is tender, 2 to 4 minutes.
3. Place the hot cauliflower in a serving bowl and toss with the olive oil mixture along with fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
