(soaked for 2 hours, rinsed and drained.)

Rapini, broccoli raab, raw
(cut in bite size pieces)

Ginger root
(peeled)

Oyster sauce

Instructions
- Place broccoli, bok choy, and beans in a steamer over boiling water and steam until vegetables are bright green and tender.
- Place ginger, oyster sauce, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat, bring to a simmer for 1 minute.
- To serve, place greens on a serving plate, spoon over the sauce and scatter with sesame seeds.
