1/2 cup diced Pineapple
1/4 cup Cucumber (diced)
1 3/4 tsp Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
1 3/4 tsp Red onion (chopped)
1 3/4 tsp Lime juice (fresh)
1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions


  1. Grill or steam fish. Season fish with sea salt to taste
  2. Salsa - Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on top of fish
