2 bunch | Kale (Stems removed) |
1 tbsp | Olive Oil, Extra Virgin |
1. Put a large pot on the the boil with 4 cups water.
2. Rinse the kale under cold running water.
3.. Remove the stems by pulling off the leaves in an upward motion, holding onto the stem.
4. Place a steamer basket ontop of the boiling water, making sure it sits ontop without being submerged in water.
5. Place rinsed kale in the basket. Close with lid.
6. Steam for 5 minutes until leaves have wilted.
7. Put in a resealable container and drizzle with olive oil.
