Ingredients


1 cup Steel cut oats, dry
4 cup Water (or use coconut milk or almond milk to make creamier)
1 dash Cinammon
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 tsp Sliced almonds (toasted)
1 tbsp Flaxseeds
1 date pitted Medjool date (or dry prunes)

Instructions


1. Prepare oats with date or prunes according to package instructions.

2. Serve with blueberries, flax seeds, toasted almond slivers sprinkled on top
