454 gm Stir-fry vegetable mix (H-E-B Asian Frozen blend)
454 gm Beef, flank steak, boneless, lean and fat, 0mm (0") trim (Central Market Natural; trimmed, thinly sliced across the grain)
1/2 tbsp Peanut oil
1/2 tbsp Sesame oil
2 clove (s) H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves (chopped)
2 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium (Kikkomon)
1 tbsp Sesame seeds (Central Market Organics)

Instructions


  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions; drain, set aside.
  2. Combine the beef strips, peanut, and sesame oil in a bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet on high heat for 4 minutes.
  4. Add beef; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until cooked and browned.
  5. Add the cooked vegetables, garlic, and soy sauce; stir-fry for 2 more minutes
  6. Serve on a platter; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
