| 1 cup | Broccoli, raw |
| 1 1/2 cup | Brown rice, medium-grain, dry |

Heat water in a medium pot. Add in vegetable and mushroom bouillon cubes. Add rice and cook according to package instructions.
In a skillet add onions, broccoli, peas, carrot, celery and peppers; cook 5 min. or until tender. Add in kale last and allow to soften and wilt.
Combine rice and vegetables, allow to stand 5 min. before serving.
