Almond Cheese:
1. Strain and rinse almonds
2, In a high speed blender or food processor mix; almonds, garlic, sea salt, pepper
3. add water gradually until you reach your desired consistency
Salad
1. in a large mixing bowl, toss together romaine, fennel, red onion, coconut, and strawberries
2. drizzle fresh squeezed lemon juice, sea salt and pepper to taste
