This delicious smoothie is made with strawberries, avocado, spinach, coconut water and fresh mint.

Ingredients


1 cup Frozen strawberry
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (peeled and pitted)
1 1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 cup Baby spinach
2 florets Broccoli
2 tbsp Mint leaves
3 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tbsp Flaxseeds

Instructions


  1. Combine all ingredients in high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Notes:

Can substitute protein powder in place of hemp and flax seeds.
