Booster Juice Strawberry Storm Smoothie

Ingredients


1 cup Orange juice (no sugar added)
1/2 medium Banana (s) (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp Whole Milk Yogurt, plain (or Silk Coconut Yogurt - unsweetened vanilla)
1 cup Frozen strawberry (more or less depending on thickness)

Instructions


1. In a blender, process the orange juice, banana, and yogurt until combined.

2. Blend in the strawberries until combined. Blend in additional strawberries for a thicker smoothie.

Notes:

Frozen strawberries are key to a smoothie that is cold, thick and delicious - using fresh strawberries will not give you the same consistency!

Add in fresh or frozen spinach to pack in more nutrients!

For a boost of protein, add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder of your choice.
