1 cup | Orange juice (no sugar added) |

2 tbsp | Whole Milk Yogurt, plain (or Silk Coconut Yogurt - unsweetened vanilla) |
1 cup | Frozen strawberry (more or less depending on thickness) |
1. In a blender, process the orange juice, banana, and yogurt until combined.
2. Blend in the strawberries until combined. Blend in additional strawberries for a thicker smoothie.
Frozen strawberries are key to a smoothie that is cold, thick and delicious - using fresh strawberries will not give you the same consistency!
Add in fresh or frozen spinach to pack in more nutrients!
For a boost of protein, add in a scoop of vanilla protein powder of your choice.
