Roughly chop berries. Place in a pot and cook a little, to release juices. Pour into food processor, add honey (1-2 tbsp) and blend.
Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure it’s not too thick or too thin. Too thin it will become more like fruit crisps. Too thick it won’t dehydrate or when it does it’s just gooey.
Set you oven to the lowest setting it will go. Place in oven for 4 to 6 hours.
They are done when they peel nicely off parchment paper. I just kept them rolled up and cut right into 3 pieces.
