This Virgin Strawberry Mojito Recipe is made up of fruits, herbs, and seltzer to make an easy, healthy, and refreshing low-calorie drink!

Ingredients


3 large (3.5cm dia) Strawberries (hulled and quartered)
16 leaf Mint, fresh (about 4 springs)
1 fruit Lime
1 can (355 ml) Seltzer water (lime flavored)

Instructions


  1. Add the strawberries and mint to a glass and muddle together. 
  2. Squeeze in the fresh lime juice.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and pour the seltzer overtop. 
  4. Stir and garnish with more strawberries, mint, and lime slices.
