Instructions
So this one is like three recipes in one…
Tapenade:
*in a food processor mix; olives, 2 garlic cloves, bunch of parsley, 2 tbsp of EVOO, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper to taste, and for a little kick… add some chile!
Sunflower Seed Hummus
*in a food processor mix; sunflower seeds, cilantro, 1 garlic clove, juice from one lemon/2 limes (or to taste), 2 tbsp EVOO, sea salt and pepper to taste, chile if you want a kick
Almond Cheese
*in a food processor mix; soaked and peeled almonds, dill(or whatever herb you would like to try), 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp EVOO, juice from 1 lemon/lime, sea salt and pepper to taste, slowly add water to mixture until desired consistency is reached.
Take your cored cherry tomatoes, you will have to take a very thin slice off the bottom to give it a flat edge to stand on, fill with your three fillings
