Red Bell Pepper Stew

Ingredients


4 pepper(s) Red bell pepper
1 large Onion
1/4 tsp Locust beans
2 tsp Basil ((scent leaf))
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 dash Black pepper
1/2 tsp Pepper soup spice
2 tbsp Sesame seeds (ground)
Sea salt (to taste, optional)
1 tbsp Allspice, ground (or to taste)
1 tbsp Sunflower oil ((or sesame oil))

Instructions


1. Blend all vegetables, locust beans and garlic powder in a hi-speed blender. If using a Vitamix, blend until hot (about 5-6 minutes).

2. Prepare as stew and add protein such as mackerel, goat meat or turkey.
