Rinse and drain canned beans. Chop apples (without core) and carrots.
Peal beats, cut in cubes and boil in excess water until tender but not mushy- about 15 minutes. Remove from water, allow to cool, and chop into small pieces.
Mix beans with chopped apple, red beets and carrots. Add the finely chopped onion and approved dressing. Let it sit for 10min and serve.
