1 small potato Sweet potato (cut in thin slices)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado

Instructions


1. Slice sweet potatoes lengthwise into 1/4 inch slices.
2. Add to the toaster like you would bread and toast on high. It may take 2 rounds to get it cooked with a little bit a browning on both sides.
3. Mash avocado with spices and spread on top of sweet potato slices.
