Ingredients


1/2 cup Lettuce, romaine (chopped)
86 gm Beef, ground (cooked)
2 tbsp shredded Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp Salsa, ready-to-serve
1/4 cup Green Grape (sliced lengthwise)
1/4 cup Honeydew melon (chopped)
1/4 cup Kiwi fruit (chopped)
1/2 cup Frozen yellow corn kernels (or about 1/3 of a corn cob)
6 chip Tortilla chips, plain, white corn, salted
2 tbsp Guacamole

Instructions


  1. Layer lettuce, beef and cheese in a medium or large container. Top with salsa.
  2. Combine grapes, melon and kiwi in a small bowl. Pack in a medium container.
  3. Place corn in a small container.
  4. Pack chips in a medium container. Nestle a small dip container of guacamole among the chips.
