Ingredients


1 cucumber(s) Cucumber
1/4 cup Tahini
1 1/2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Hemp seeds, shelled
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions


  1. Shave cucumber sheets lengthwise and tap dry on towel. (Cut in half if too long for one roll)
  2. Add all Tahini spread ingredients in a container and mix well.
  3. Spread Tahini mix on shaved cucumber, avoiding the ends.
