A unique mixture of tahini, dates, and chocolate chips all in one dessert!
Ingredients
1 cup
Tahini
1 cup
Honey, raw
2 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1 cup
Medjool date
(pitted and chopped)
3 cup
Rolled oats- Gluten Free
(coarsely processed)
2 tsp
Cinnamon
1/2 tsp
Sea Salt
1 tsp
Baking soda
1 cup
Semisweet chocolate chips, mini
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. In a large bowl, mix together the tahini, honey, vanilla extract, and dates until smooth. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the processed rolled oats, cinnamon, sea salt, baking soda, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Fold the dry ingredients from the second bowl into the wet ingredients in the first bowl. Mix until well combined. 4. Drop spoonfuls of cookie batter about a tablespoon in size onto the lined baking sheets, spaced about 1 inch apart. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. 5. Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheets before removing. Makes about 30 cookies.
