This dressing is great on any salad! However, it was originally created for the Antioxidant Salad (see Notes below)
Ingredients

Lemon juice

Tahini

1/3 cup

Extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp

Honey, raw
|

Garlic
(minced)

Instructions
Put all ingredients to make the dressing in a jar. Screw on the lid and shake until well mixed.
Pour dressing over salad just before serving (see Notes below)
