This delicious, homemade chocolatey spread is high in calcium and magnesium, and contains less than half the sugar of typical grocery store brands.

Honey, raw
1/3 cup
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 cup
Tahini
Instructions
Step 1: Place the tahini, honey, and cocoa powder in a bowl and combine using a wire whisk.
Step 2: Spread on a piece of whole grain toast and top with berries, use as a fruit dip, swirl into overnight oats, or spread on a whole wheat tortilla and wrap it up with a banana!

For best results, use a fresh container of tahini.
