1 cup Spinach (destemmed or other greens of choice)
1/4 cup hulled Hemp seeds, shelled ((or chia seeds))
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1 tbsp Honey, raw (optional)
pinch Sea salt
1/4 cup Lemon juice

Instructions


In a blender, combine water and spinach first. Then add remaining ingredients. Mix until smooth and enjoy.
