6 medium Yellow onion (chopped)
12 large Carrots (chopped)
12 clove(s) Garlic (peeled and sliced)
6 cup Beef broth (stock)
4 sprig Thyme, fresh
1 tsp Salt

Instructions


  1. Add the onion, carrots, and garlic to the slow cooker. Pour in the beef broth and then add the brisket. Sprinkle with salt and thyme. Cover and cook on low heat for 8-16 hours, until the meat is tender. Or high for at least 5 hrs up till 8 hrs.
