1 medium shallot(s) Shallots (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup chopped Red bell pepper
1 cup sliced Carrots
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
5 leaf Mint, fresh (minced)
1 pinch Sea Salt (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Add the shredded lettuce, shallots, red bell pepper, carrots, cherry tomatoes, flaxseeds, and mint leaves to a large salad bowl. Toss to combine.
  2. Drizzle with approved dressing of your choice.
  3. Toss and enjoy!
