Ingredients


1 cup Brewed coffee (high-quality, low-toxin)
1 tbsp Butter, grass fed, unsalted (e.g. KerryGold Silver)
1 tbsp MCT oil (100% C8 caprylic acid - start slow and build your way up to avoid gastrointestinal issues; it’s powerful stuff)

Instructions


  1. Brew your coffee in a french press the way you like it

  2. Add coffee and the rest of ingredients into the blender, with any add-on ingredients you want to jazz up your coffee with. Blend for at least 20 seconds to create a creamy, frothy latte - delicious!

  3. Note: if you're adding collagen powder, only add it into the last 10 seconds of blending.

Notes:

Great optional add-ins to jazz up your coffee:

  • ceylon cinnamon powder - helps you regulate your blood sugar and reduce insulin resistance
  • vanilla bean powder – historically been used as a cognitive enhancer
  • ginger powder – powerful antioxidant & anti-inflammatory
  • cayenne powder – works synergistically with MCTs for thermogenesis
  • collagen protein or vanilla flavored – aids healthy tissue repair while maintaining healthy levels of inflammation and revitalising your skin
  • cacao butter – great source of healthy saturated fat, gives a subtle chocolate finish to your coffee
  • eggs and/or egg yolk – a good alternative as a source of healthy fats in the absence of butter, with micronutrients like omega-3s and vitamin K2
