Ingredients


1 leaves Kale (stem removed - about a cup)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado
1/2 cup Frozen blueberries ((wild preferred))
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (minced)
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Goji berries, dried
1 tsp Spirulina powder
1 tsp Maca powder
1 tsp Honey, raw
1/2 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 scoop Whey protein powder, vanilla (a fermented protein powder preferred)
1 tbsp Kefir (or a cup of Greek yogurt with probiotics)
1 1/2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)

Instructions


Place all the ingredients in order in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a large glass with a glass or stainless steel straw and enjoy!
