1 cup | Coconut cream |
1/2 cup | Tigernut flour |
1/2 cup | Tapioca starch |
2 tsp | Coconut flour |
1 pinch | Salt |
1 tsp | Coconut oil |
Warm coconut cream in warm water bath
Heat skillet on medium.
Mix all flours and salt together then pour over coconut cream and whisk until smooth
Add coconut oil to pan
Add 1/4 batter and spread into uniform shape.
Cook for 3 minutes. flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
