300 gm | Tofu, regular, extra firm |
3 medium stalk(s) | Celery (chopped) |
1/4 small | Red onion (diced) |
4 large leaf (s) | Iceberg lettuce (use more leaves if necessary) |
1 tomato | Roma tomatoes (diced) |
1. Chop the tofu into a small cube.
2. Add the tofu to a large bowl along with the vegan mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, yellow mustard, green onions, black salt, turmeric, minced red onion, tomato, and chopped celery.
3. Gently mix. If desired add table salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
