1/4 cup Walnuts
1 cup Coconut milk, reduced fat (almond, oat, or cow's milk works too)
1/2 piece, 1-inch Ginger root (roughly chopped)
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
1/2 tsp Cinnamon (or to taste)
1 scoop Hemp protein powder, vanilla (optional)
