1 medium | Red onion (finely chopped) |
1/2 cup | Parsley, fresh (finely chopped) |
1 tbsp | Garlic powder |
1 tsp | Salt |
1 tsp | Black pepper |
1. Mix ingredients together and form 4-6 patties.
2. Grill on medium heat for 7 minutes a side.
3. Two minutes before burgers are done, place a slice of cheese (optional) on each patty.
4. Serve hot on a bun or lettuce wrap, with garnishes of your choice.
