86 gm Turkey, deli cut (nitrate-free)
2 tbsp Hummus

Instructions


  1. Lay the turkey out flat (laying slices on top of one another)
  2. Spread hummus on top of the turkey. Roll it up & enjoy. 
  3. Serve with a piece of fruit.

Notes:

  1. Choose lean turkey without added preservatives and sodium.
  2. Add colorful vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes, and spinach to the roll-ups for an extra boost of vitamins and minerals.
