86 gm | Turkey breast (cooked, if preparing from raw measure 4oz.) |
1 tsp | Italian herb seasoning (Mrs Dash brand or similar) |
1 tsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
1. Prepare pasta on stovetop in 16 oz of water.
2. Re-heat turkey breast or prepare from raw.
3. Once pasta is prepared, stir in seasoning and oil.
4. Chop turkey breast or shred; mix into pasta.
