Turkey & Red Lentil Noodles

Ingredients


57 gm Barilla Red Lentil Rotini (dry)
86 gm Turkey breast (cooked, if preparing from raw measure 4oz.)
1 tsp Italian herb seasoning (Mrs Dash brand or similar)
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions


1. Prepare pasta on stovetop in 16 oz of water.

2. Re-heat turkey breast or prepare from raw.

3. Once pasta is prepared, stir in seasoning and oil.

4. Chop turkey breast or shred; mix into pasta.

Enjoy!

NOTE:

Try this dish with other protein sources such as chicken, fish, tofu, shrimp, sausage, or beef!

Add other vegetables such as broccoli, kale, spinach, or cabbage.
