300 gm | Spaghetti, whole-wheat, dry (Use gluten free spaghetti for a low FOMAP version) |

1. Cook the spaghetti pasta following the pack instructions. If you serve it babies under 12 months, avoid salt. You can cook the pasta in a separate pan without adding salt.
2. Put a large saucepan on a medium heat and add the avocado oil.
3. Add the garlic and fry for about 30 sec.
4. Increase the heat to medium-high, Add the mince and cook stirring for 3-4 mins until the meat is browned all over.
5. Add the grated courgette, dry oregano, smoked paprika and sweet paprika, cook stirring for about 3 mins.
6. Stir in 2 cans chopped tomatoes. Bring to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer and cover with a lid. Cook for 15 mins stirring occasionally.
7. Drain the spaghetti and stir into the tomato sauce. Serve with the chopped basil leaves.
