142 gm Turkey breast, nitrate free, oven roasted (or 1-2 tbsp. hummous for a vegetarian option)
2 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
1/4 cup Spinach (approx. 4-5 leaves)
3 slice Tomato
4 slice Cucumber
1/4 cup Alfalfa sprouts (approx. 1 handful)
1/2 avocado(s) Avocado (mashed)
2 fruit(s) Nectarine

Instructions


1. Take the 2 slices of bread, spread avocado on each slice - cut avocado in half, remove pit and scoop out avocado then mash with a fork. 

2. Place the roast turkey on 1 slice of bread. Top with spinach, tomato, cucumber and sprouts.

3. Top with the other slice of bread and enjoy.
