Turkey Spinach Sandwich

Ingredients


Alfalfa sprouts (one handful)
2 tbsp Avocado (mashed)
2 slice Bread, sprouted, whole grain, Ezekiel 4:9
1 small Cucumber (4 slices)
1 tbsp Honey mustard dressing, low fat
1 cup Spinach (organic if possible)
1 small Tomato (3 slices)
114 gm Turkey breast, nitrate free, oven roasted (about 4-5 slices)

Instructions


Spread the mashed avocado on one side of each slice of Ezekiel bread.
Drizzle 1 tbsp of low fat honey mustard dressing on top of the avocado.
Place the oven roasted turkey on 1 slice of bread.
Top with spinach, tomato, cucumber and sprouts.
Close the sandwich and enjoy.
