227 gm Beef, top sirloin (at room temperature)
2 1/4 tsp Rosemary, fresh (chopped)
1/2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 medium Lemon
1/4 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Chop up rosemary and garlic cloves.
  2. Evenly spread the rosemary, garlic, and preferred seasoning on both sides. (be sure to press the rosemary and garlic into the steaks so that they really absorb the flavor)
  3. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil to each side of the steak as well.
  4. Put steaks in the refrigerator and let marinade for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Place steaks on a grill at medium heat.
  6. Grill each side for 7 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill and let stand for 5 minutes.
  8. Top it off with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
