1 day prior, Two Good Yogurt 150 gm
Instructions:

1 Mix 1 scoop of protein powder with the yogurt.

2. Add 10 drops of stevia to the mixture.


3. Fold in a few blueberries (optional)

Notes:

You can customize this to your liking. Add, nuts grain free granola, dark chocolate etc. Or use different flavored protein powder.
