2 tsp | Ghee (or coconut oil ) |
1 cup slices | Peach (frozen) |

Stir up dry ingredients. Add milk and coconut yogurt.
Heat ghee or coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add peaches and sauté gently until they thaw and release some juice. Add honey and vanilla to the pan, then pour contents into the jar with the oats.
Cover and place on counter overnight for a delightful, ready-to-go breakfast.
