Ingredients
4 medium pepper(s)

Red bell pepper
(Cut in half, seeds scooped out and quartered)

Hummus

(washed and air dried)

Instructions
- Stuff the bell peppers with hummus (or serve hummus on the side).
- Mix together the trail mix ingredients (almonds, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds).
- Divide all ingredients between four 3-compartment storage containers. Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
