1 package | Impossible Ground Beef (Or Beyond Beef) |
3 slice | Vegan Cheese Slices |
3 slice | Vegan Bacon |

3 bun | Hamburger bun, plain |
1 small | Red onion |
1 pinch | Sea Salt |
1 dash | Black pepper |
1 dash | Garlic powder |
1 tsp | Barbecue seasoning, McCormick |
1. Start by putting the ground beef in a bowl and adding all of the seasonings. Add any other seasonings you like. Mix together.
2. Form the ground beef into 4 burgers and place onto a grill or pan and cook on medium heat. Flip the burgers once the bottoms start to brown. After the bottom starts to get brown again on the other side, add the cheese slices and cover with a lid until melted. Reduce heat to low to let the cheese melt.
3. In another pan cook the vegan bacon until browned.
4. Slice your onion and either use raw on the burgers or grill them with some vegan butter or oil.
5. Butter the buns with vegan butter and toast in a pan on medium heat until browned.
6. Assemble the burgers: Bun, burger, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado.
7. If you prefer, add any sauce you like: Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, etc.
8. Enjoy
