1 can (19oz) Navy beans, white, canned (drained)
8 leaf Lettuce, romaine (more if desired)
1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
4 tbsp Caesar salad dressing (vegan; less dressing if desired)
4 medium tortilla(s) Wheat flour tortilla
2 medium kiwi(s) Kiwi fruit (peeled and sliced)
1 grapefruit Grapefruit (pink or red) (cut into slices)
2 small Apple (cut into wedges)

Instructions


  1. In a large bowl, combine drained navy beans, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and dressing. mix well to combine. 
  2. Distribute the mixture evenly amongst the tortillas. Fold in left and right edges and roll to wrap. Place each wrap in separate containers as is or cut the wraps in half.
  3. Prepare and place cut fruit in a separate compartment of bento box or in a separate container.
