1. Blend ice cubes in a high speed blender.
2. Add all powders ingredients (protein powder, spices, peanut butter powder)
3. Blend, long and slow, stop, mix by hand, blend more and more.
4. Add any plant based milk, very little you do not want to make it liquid.
5. Blend, blend more, stop, mix by hand, blend more and more.
6. Till smooth constancy, enjoy!
7. Add any toppings like chocolate, caramel, nuts, seeds, cookies but remember this will change the calories and macros!
